Tony has been experimenting with a new tying agenda…tube flies. He is experimenting and getting the hang of the materials and proportioning. I ‘borrowed’ his efforts to show, for no other purpose than he wouldn’t want me to. He is a perfectionist with regard to his art, so this is a work in progress and he is not satisfied so far. These flies would all catch steelhead from the ol’ impressionistic perspective, but Tony wants to strive for cleaner more classic look he sees in others boxes.
