I am attempting to create a multifaceted safety training program centered around topic-specific PowerPoint Presentations to use when training my clients. I am seeking your written permission to use this picture to enhance my training.
Obviously we will footnote/recognize your contributions in the manner of your choice. We would also be willing to hyperlink from our website, http://www.ussafety.us, to our website

Frank, you are welcome to use the pic, but I originally borrowed it from an Asian news service. My notes don’t reflect the name now and I just Google searched the image with out success. Use at your own discretion and what an immensely appropriate image for ladder safety!!!
if you ever had to sit through a safety meeting enumerating the opportunities for calamity resulting from the improper use of a ladder you’d never take one out of the shed.
the sad truth is when you’re getting paid by the hour you’ll do it pretty close to right (it’s their dime/time after all), but at home you just want to get it done and over with.
