Travel & Nature: Islotes Island Sea Cave

Los Islotes SwittersB

Los Islotes Island & Sea Cave (Baja Sur, Mexico)

Sea Lion

The beautiful water lapped up against the cliff wall of a nearby island. I was exploring with a sea kayak and saw a male sea lion lounging on a low rock shelf with several females. I attempted to get near, paddle, hold the camera, snap a clear shot and not get pushed up into the wall. Of course, I had one opportunity…missed the target (right edge)…attempted to recover and the Sea Lions moved into the water. Oh well.
