A very unique structure for sure. I can’t wait for a Jackie Chan action movie, where Chan is running and swinging from balcony to balcony chased by sinister forces.
Yes, it is one of those posts. About pets you’ve never met. Either you don’t have pets and don’t care to or you have your own and the sun rises and sets on their furry backsides. Who cares about someone else’s? I know. But, I am always fascinated by the observations of our pets. Their dependency, their patterns and conditioning, their sense of humor, their tenacity, their internal alarm clocks and pack mentality…even cats and dogs combined, to get what they want (food!). And, dare I say it their ‘love’ or loyalty.
When anyone leaves the house, they become ever watchful to the sights and sounds that alert them that their ‘loved one’ is home. Their happiness to the return is often a raucous, tail wagging, floor rolling, jumping demonstration. Below are some fuzzy (or is it furry), quickly snapped images of the four pets waiting for the arrival home of my wife…they like her better I suspect.

Nothing too profound here. Perhaps it is so blatantly self-evident to me that I cannot transfer the emotions to you…my passion for the synergy of certain fish in certain environments? The combination of visuals and the physicality of it all. The perfect moments…the moment…when it all combines and one is momentarily reaffirming the love, the passion, the lust even for a darn fish…a beautiful fish.

Looking South through the Arco at the end of the peninsula for Baja California. I am setting in the Bahia San Lucas. On the other side of the arch is the Golfo de California. The air is neutral; neither warm nor cooling, almost invisible to the senses. There is little noise, but for the small panga plying its way back to Cabo (‘the end’). Another end of day moment, begging to be taken in and enjoyed. A photographer takes it in, but by varying degrees has to calculate the view, if but for a quick moment.
