An elementary school (Capitol Hill) has for several years adorned their playground fence with plywood cutouts of fish. Each student paints their fish their fanciful colors. I haven’t researched the intent, but I suspect it is a respect the habitat/fish effort. There are several hundred fish hanging about the cyclone fence line.
