“We are sun and moon, dear friend; we are sea and land. It is not our purpose to become each other; it is to recognize each other, to learn to see the other and honor him for what he is: each the other’s opposite and complement.” Herman Hesse
“The opposite of bravery is not cowardice but conformity.” Robert Anthony
“Yes, opposites attract. Two people who collide head-on upon introduction will lust for each other on the spot. They’ll tango, they’ll dance both inside and outside the bedroom, and then they’ll eventually destroy each other. Opposites attract, but they don’t work. The thing about opposites attracting is the same thing that destroys them, the fact that they collided.” Anon
I was taking some macro shots of a fly pattern when this very little fly landed upon the size 10 dry (composite stonefly, hopper, caddis pattern). The thought of opposites attracting came to mind.
Cool shot and nice pattern to swing at them fish .

Yes, it floats nicely in the busy waters. With remodeling, packing, moving, etc. I am wayyyyyyyy behind wetting a line. September awaits! I am carefully keeping all fishing gear separated out so I can find it after the move.
