A theme is evident with the above collage. Interesting how often this is seen. Cleanliness of the tush seems important as fires burn. Hygiene considerations

Rodney King riots, story in LA Times. Across the street from a looted furniture store, an apartment housing complex police noticed a lot of old furniture in and around the dumpsters in the back alley. Police waited until the day after trash day then went knocking on doors of the complex conficating looted furniture most with tags still attached. Karma

Sic Semper Tyrannis

C. S. Lewis on Do Gooder Tyranny

“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.”
