Reaching, seeking….

“I am bound to my vague memory of you…Your caresses enfold me, like climbing vines on melancholy walls. I have forgotten your love, yet I seem to glimpse you in every window. Because of you, the heady perfumes of Summer pain me; because of you, I again seek out the signs that precipitate desires…”   Pablo Neruda

What makes this picture so interesting is the shadows the vines produce. Makes the vines appear as a design on this building. Very nice.

Good eye Liz…I had to take this shot with my cell phone and it barely captured the shadows. The sun was quite low and the wall glowed a bit and the shadows provided good depth…I thought it might pop a bit more but I am glad you could see it still.
