Risk is attached to planting/nurturing a plant in memory of a loved one. This lavender rose was planted just after my Mom passed. The first few years were a bit concerning, but this year it is starting off with a beautiful flair.

How wonderful to grow this rose to honor your Mother’s memory. I am glad it is growing well. I have flowers in my yard that belonged to my Mother to remember her by.

All my Fuchsias and most of the roses were my Parent’s. Most of the Clematis were my Aunt’s. It is the continuity and hands on that I so enjoy! Thanks
