with the struggles of life. This past week, friends have suddenly passed, young ones are struggling with chemo, addiction and overloaded minds/hearts. Elders are isolated in their minds and have lost hope and the reassurances that they are loved and cherished. Friends are heavily loaded up with the challenges of life’s realities.
at some point, with aging, our choices catch up…please be mindful of your choices for physical, mental and spiritual health…you are loved and needed!

The reality of aging and decline in our loved ones coupled with no rest for the weary takes an enormous toll. Just trust you are loved and respected from afar and before you.

Yes, keep your ‘distance’ for now and be sensible, but also avoid the mental drain of paranoia. Group think is dangerous and not a survival mentality…it’s a herd mentality. See the positives about you and turn off the negative echo chamber.
