Too many honkers?

Laughter is the best medicine? Tears running down your face, gasping for breath, serious wrinkles around your eyes from smiling so much, guffaws, side splitting laughter, jiggle that belly, a chuckle, a giggle. It all soothes the brain, the heart, the negative vibes.
What portion of us are addicted/dependent to prescription drugs, taking anxiety/depression meds, consumed by food or alcohol or the weed or gambling or porn or negative agendas? Laughter in all its variations will take the edge off all that mental baggage. Did your brain loosen even a little bit reading this?
