industrial canvas…
Most of the quite obvious, even sometimes impressive wall/building murals in Portland are on the inner Eastside industrial area. Recently, I came across this one out in a depressed part of Portland. The mural is by Pablo Garcia. The location is on the side of a notorious Nude Bar, with some degree of traffic flow to appreciate the grand astronaut. I guess Pablo’s working the outer circuit of available canvases….

I came upon the Chalk Art work of Moe Notsu while exploring the photography of Ian L. Sitren at Second Focus (interesting body building culture, Palm Springs culture, SoCal culture). Moe Notsu’s chalk art is wonderful to consider as is her photography. Moe Notsu Bio
